Membership Policy
- Memberships are a 6-month commitment and must be paid via auto-pay on the date of the month your membership is signed and agreed upon.
- All memberships auto-renew unless cancelled in writing via email to: office@vitalityivinfusions.com
- There is no cancellation fee after your initial 6-month term is complete. However, if you cancel prior to your membership expiration, there is a $25/month fee per remaining month(s) of your membership.
- Membership Services are non-transferable.
- Any unused service can roll over to your next month while still in your membership period. Unused services will be forfeited upon membership cancellation.
- If you opt to pay in full, you will have access to all the services that are part of your plan immediately following payment.
